It is extremely irritating to deal with squeezing out the last amount of contents which is stuck at the end of the bottle. It’s unpleasant and makes us to throw the bottle away. So far for solving this global problem and preventing waste of materials we have seen several Double Ended Bottles with 2 separate caps but unfortunately most of them are not stable and they take more time to be used or to be filled and purred. So they need to be changed to a new inventive product.
My new design (Fig.1) is based on trimming one of caps at the bottom of the bottle and it is attached and fixed to it and the other cap is separable for filling the content from the top in process line in factory.
The benefits of my new idea:
- It is more inventive and innovative,
- It is more simple and efficient than other bottles,
- It is a Green Technology and more waste control,
- It is more Marketable and customer need,
- It is more Stable and easier to be used,
- It takes less time for filling and purring the contents,
- And it is faster to be produced and manufactured.
